New Delhi: The Airports Authority of India (AAI) today paid an interim dividend of Rs 40 crore for the year 2005-06.
The cheque was handed over to Minister of State for Civil Aviation Praful Patel by AAI Chairman K Ramalingam in presence of senior officials.
During the half year ended September 5, the AAI earned profit after tax of Rs 201 crore on a revenue of Rs 1,519 crore.The AAI owns and manages nearly 124 airports across the country.
