New Delhi: West Bengal Chief Minister Buddhadeb Bhattacharya, former chief minister Jyoti Basu and Tripura Chief Minister Manik Sarkar had a narrow escape on Thursday evening when their plane's tyre burst while landing at the airport here.
Though the Indian Airlines flight IC-201 from Kolkata faced the problem in landing at 8:30 pm, all the passengers were safe, airport officials said.
