New Delhi: With Pakistan keen on a reciprocal liberal skies arrangement with India on the lines of what Prime Minister Manmohan Singh suggested at the SAARC summit in Dhaka, civil aviation authorities of both the countries will hold meetings here on Monday.
India, on its part, is looking at amending the bilateral civil aviation agreement to have a multiple designation clause that will allow private carriers to operate to Pakistan. However, in view of the cautious approach taken by both sides to issue visas, private carriers are not showing much interest in the policy to be worked out.
