Bangalore: Low cost airline Air Deccan will submit its updated red herring prospectus by end of this month with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi). The airline is currently updating the offer document based on revisions suggested by Sebi, said company officials.
“We expect to complete the process of revising the prospectus in the next one week,” officials told FE.
While the company is working against a tentative deadline of the second week of May for launching the IPO, officials said that the timing of the offer would depend on when Sebi’s clearances will come through among other factors. The public offer was earlier expected to hit the market by April.
