Bangalore will be the airline’s eighth Indian gateway after New Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kochi, Thiruvananthapuram and Kolkata.
The airline recently commenced six non-stop direct flights per week on the Dubai-Kolkata sector, giving West Bengal and the neighbouring north east Indian states direct access to Dubai, fast emerging as a centre for tourism and commerce.
