California: Global ePoint, Inc., announced today that its Aviation Division, Global Airworks, received orders for Cockpit Door Surveillance Systems (CDSS) from leasing company GECAS for India's Go Air Airlines. The new CDSS kit order is for Go Air's A320 aircraft. First Choice Airways, one of the UK's leading leisure airlines, also placed CDSS orders for two if its B767 aircraft. Go Air Airlines previously deployed the CDSS on other aircraft.
"We are extremely pleased to be the vendor of choice for CDSS systems for the lessors of commercial jets worldwide" stated Ricky Frick, Global Airworks President. "Previous orders received from International Lease Finance Corporation, General Electric Capital and CIT, the industry's largest aircraft lessors, further demonstrates that the Airworks CDSS system meets the requirements of both leasing companies and commercial airlines worldwide and their related regulatory requirements."
