New Delhi: While revamping the Delhi airport, the GMR-Fraport consortium’s one chief area of concern is employee relations. In this direction, besides other initiatives, the group has engaged a national catering company for the three staff canteens of Airport Authority of India (AAI).
Running the Delhi airport with AAI as Delhi International Airports Ltd (DIAL), the group promises a lip-smacking variety of dishes at subsidised rates.
“From July 1, Radha Krishna Hospitality Service took over the three canteens at the domestic and international terminals and the cargo area. The group has an impressive clientele ranging from Maruti, Infosys, Apollo hospitals, TCS, Satyam, Ford, Hyundai, Bajaj and Hindustan Lever,” said a DIAL official.
