Investment Advisor, SP Tulsian is of the view that one can buy more shares of Jet Airways. The stock may bounce back from September quarter onwards.
Tulsian told CNBC-TV18, "If one sees the Jet Jet Airways' fundamentals, they have a very low equity base Rs 86 crore (Rs 860 million). The leading airlines, which practically has a market share of close to 50%. Promoters' stake is about 80%. Yes, they made some mistakes. They initiated the process of acquisition of Air Sahara. But since that deal has fallen through, I think that's again a very big positive for the Jet Airways. So I do not see any froth in the airlines."
He further added, "Probably in this quarter, they maybe booking losses, which they had to pay for the part time, during that time, they operated with Air Sahara. But barring that I do not see any problem."
