Mumbai: Jagson Airlines Ltd on Monday said it will raise Rs 60.49 crores through the issue of upto 1.93 crore convertible share warrants on a preferential basis to investors.
The 13th AGM of the company would be held on on September 16, to consider the allotment of upto 1.93 crore convertible share warrants of Rs 10 each at a price upto Rs 31.26 each on a preferential basis to promoters and non-promoters, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
