Jet Airways India, has approved reclassification of authorized share capital of the company from Rs 2,00,00,00,000 divided into 13,00,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each and 70,000,000 preference shares of Rs 10 each to Rs 2,00,00,00,000 divided into 18,00,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each and 2,00,00,000 preference shares of Rs 10 each.
However, the authorized share capital of the company will remain unchanged at Rs 2,00,00,00,000.
The board of the company has approved the above share capital classification at its meeting held on July 29, 2006.
