Muscat: Oman Air, Oman’s national carrier, has launched e-ticketing services at Thiruvananthapuram station, in Kerala, after implementing the use of its own departure control system called Airport Check-in System/International (ACSI), with full weight and balance.
The successful cutover means that Thiruvananthapuram Airport is now connected directly to the full suite of passenger service systems.
The cutover was initiated on July 21, and the first flight processed through the new system was WY 816 from Thiruvananthapuram to Muscat.
