New Delhi: Indian (Airlines) on Monday announced over 70 per cent discount on select air routes from six metro cities during August-September, which are generally classified as a lean period.
Under its Spot Fares scheme, passengers travelling from Delhi to Mumbai will have to pay Rs. 3,205 against the normal fare of Rs. 10,240.
Other routes will cost: Delhi-Bangalore Rs. 3,705 (against the full fare of Rs. 14,600), Delhi-Kolkata Rs. 3,105 (Rs. 11,590), Chennai-Hyderabad Rs. 2,205 (Rs. 6,745) and Ahmedabad-Mumbai Rs. 1,805 (Rs. 5,580).
The fares include all taxes and fuel surcharge.
