Kolkata: ITC Infotech, one of the fastest growing Indian IT service providers, Friday announced it has signed a framework agreement with Finnair for outsourcing of significant projects to be delivered in an onsite-offshore mode.
Under the agreement, ITC Infotech will implement the frequent-flyer loyalty programme and marketing and promotions applications at Finnair, a company release said.
This will be followed by support and maintenance services for these applications for a five-year period.
The contract envisages a significant and growing business volume across several years to support not just the CRM systems but also other application areas, as the airline continues expanding its network.
