New Delhi: India Infrastructure Finance Company Ltd (IIFCL), the government’s special purpose vehicle (SPV) for infrastructure funding, is looking at providing funds to revamp airports in Delhi and Mumbai.
It is learnt that talks are at an advanced stage. IIFCL will be providing 20% of the cost of modernisation of these airports. “Talks are on for providing funds for the modernisation exercise of airports and a final decision on this is expected within a few weeks,” official sources said.
