For Navratri starting tomorrow, followed soon after by Durga Puja, Jet Airways has conceptualised special in-flight menus to appeal to the requirement and palate of its discerning passengers traveling in Club Premiere and Economy Class.
During the Navratri festival, from Saturday, September 23rd through Monday, October 02nd 2006, carefully selected and prepared, specialty vegetarian cuisine will be served as hot snacks and meals between Mumbai and cities in Gujarat like Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Diu and Porbandar. Passengers will be able to sample exclusive fare ranging from khaman dhokla, khandvi, ghatia for snacks; flower ne watana, makai watana, muthia, thirangi chawal, subz rangeeli for lunch and dinner to basundi with gajar halwa as dessert.
