New Delhi: Naresh Goyal is now preparing to spread Jet Airways' wings to cover more international routes like Canada, South Africa and China from the summer of 2007.
"We have already sought the Indian government's nod to operate flights to a host of overseas destinations," Goyal told The Times of India.
The new destinations on Jet's radar include Canada, South Africa, Kenya, Mauritius, China, Rome, Zurich, Munich and Frankfurt, Goyal said.
The exact timing for launching the new flights would be decided later, he said adding:
Jet had last year signed $2.5-billion purchase agreements with Airbus and Boeing for ten A330-200s and 10 Boeing 777-300ER jets. The deliveries are slated to begin in the first quarter of 2007.
