Kingfisher Airlines is keen to fly to foreign destinations. And Chairman, Vijay Mallya says if he does not get permission to fly to US from the Indian Civil Aviation Ministry by the end of next year, he has an alternative plan up his sleeve, reports CNBC-TV18.
" There are many airlines, which are willing to operate my aircraft on what is known as a 'damp lease'," said Vijay Mallya, Chairman, UB Group.
"So there will be US registered aircrafts, they will provide the pilots, they will comply with the FAA regulations, but everything else will be Kingfisher, which suits me fine," he added.
