Pakistan will give "visa on arrival (VOA)" to tourists from around 24 countries including India, state-run APP quoted Federal Minister for Tourism Nilofar Bakhtiar as saying on Wednesday.
Bakhtiar said that the prime minister took very keen interest and get formulated the visa policy under his supervision.
She said the new policy has recently been approved and it would be implemented within two months.
She said the VOA period has also been extended from five to 15 days, while visit visa would now be of one month instead of 15 days. A group of at least five persons sent by approved tour operator of the respective country would have the right to get VOA, she said.
