Krishnagiri: A two-seater aircraft crashlanded apparently due to a technical snag while taking off from a private airfield near Tamil Nadu-Karnataka border, police said on Sunday.
The pilot of the aircraft escaped with minor injuries in the mishap last evening, they said.
Soon after taking off from the airfield run by Taneja Aerospace and Aviation Pvt Ltd at Pelakondahalli near Hosur, the aircraft plunged into an eucalyptus estate, they said.
The pilot, identified as Capt Madhtha, was taken to Bangalore for treatment.
