Ground handling company Aviapartner has improved its market position at Paris Charles de Gaulle (CdG) airport, by adding four new customers to its cargo business portfolio.
As of 1 September, Aviapartner's cargo handling station in Paris CdG has started providing Aeroflot with warehousing services for their export and import freight, for their three to four daily flights to CdG. Furthermore, Aviapartner provides Aeroflot also with trucking services to Hahn airport in Germany for their freighter operations twice a week.
In addition to Aeroflot, Aviapartner has also signed a contract with Aer Lingus in Paris CdG for the provision of cargo handling services for their three daily flights. As Aer Lingus has recently decided to re-open some European routes for cargo, this contract also covers the whole of their French regional airport network.
The third airline that Aviapartner has attracted is Jet Airways from India. Aviapartner will handle the cargo of their flights coming from the UK several times a day.
