His new online travel website offers what other players in the market cannot, says Hotmail’s wiz kid.
Hotmail’s Sabeer Bhatia has re-launched his online travel website Arzoo.com in Mumbai after witnessing the enormous optimism in the aviation and tourism industry. Bhatia, through a press conference, assured the city that the rates of air tickets and hotels will be lower as compared to the current rates provided by airline companies as Arzoo.com has a tie-up with the airlines and hotels.
Bhatia, CEO and president of Arzoo.com, said, “On the website one can book domestic and international air tickets, select national and international tour packages as well as hotels, and can see the comparisons between different airlines fares and hotel rates and accordingly book tickets. The online facility is available on a toll free number as well as SMS and customers will be assisted by our 24X7 call centre which will respond to queries within minutes.”
