GMR Infrastructure group has posted 53.87% rise in net profit after minority interest to Rs 256.20 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2006 where as the same was Rs 166.50 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2005.
Total consolidated income has increased by 43.13% to Rs 3210.70 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2006, whereas the same was Rs 2243.10 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2005.
The company has posted a net loss of 34.89% after tax to Rs 9.70 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2006, whereas the same was Rs 14.90 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2005.
During the period ended September 30, 2006, the company acquired 99.99% of the equity share capital of GVL Investments (GVL). Consequently, GVL, Delhi International Airport and Gateways for India Airports have become subsidiaries of the company.
