Thiruvananthapuram: Security personnel started an intense search at the international airport here this morning after the station manager of an international airline received a call claiming a bomb had been placed in an incoming flight.
Security personnel with the help of bomb squad were searching the airport premises but nothing had been found so far, airport sources said.
An anonymous call that a bomb had been placed in an incoming Gulf Air flight created panic at the international airport here, but a thorough search by security personnel proved it to be a hoax.
