New Delhi:The Director General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) has issued a notification to different airlines saying that all airlines having pilots not trained to handle Category 2 and Category 3 will have to reschedule flights.
The notification also says that flights should only take off after 8 am and will have to land in Delhi by 11 pm.
The weather department has forecast that Delhi's heavy fog days will be between December 15 to January 31.
