New Delhi: Paving the way for American assistance in developing and modernising civil aviation infrastructure in the country, the Civil Aviation ministry today signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) with US’ Federal Aviation Administration
With this agreement in place, FAA would now be able to:
• provide technical and managerial expertise in developing, improving and operation of civil aviation infrastructure, standards, procedures, policies, training and equipment.
• rain civil aviation personnel.
• inspect and calibrate of our civil aviation equipment and air navigation facility.
• give resources, logistical support and equipment for air navigation facilities.
• assist in airport certification in India.
• help in the field of Helicopter Operational Safety initiative.
