Indian carrier Kingfisher Airlines has appointed Regency Travel and Tours as its general sales agent (GSA) in Qatar.
This was announced at a presentation jointly made by the airline and Regency, the biggest tours solutions provider in the country.
Kingfisher Airlines’ Deputy General Manager (international sales) Arjundas Gupta pointed out that the Indian airline, which began with just four daily flights in May 2005, today offered 116 daily flights connecting 19 key Indian business and leisure destinations.
The airline commands a national market share of 8.8% and has won three awards from Aviation Experts, Aviation Business Research Analysts and Travel and Tourism Writers, he added.
