Pratibha Industries has bagged an order from Airport Authority of India for the modular expansion of its terminal building at Amritsar Airport, Amritsar (Phase II), in joint venture with Unity Infraprojects. The value of the contract is Rs 656 million.
The project involves `civil construction for the new expansion area along with related electric and electronic installations`. The project will be completed in ten months.
The tender was submitted by the company in consortium with Pratibha Industries. Unity Infraprojects would hold 75% in the consortium, while 25% is being held by Pratibha Industries.
Pratibha Industries (PIL) is the flagship company of the Pratibha Group promoted by Ajit Kulkarni.
