Owing to flight disruptions, caused by fog and poor visibility, in New Delhi this winter, Air Deccan has activated its Fog Helpline number. The 24-hour Helpline number, which is 9818177008, has been displayed on its website, www.airdeccan.net. Passengers can now call the Helpline for the latest flight schedules anytime of the day or night. Apart from this, regular SMS alerts on possible delays and cancellations will be sent out to passengers throughout this period.
Unlike previous years, this year the airline will be providing refreshments to its passengers at the airport for a delay beyond two hours.
