New Delhi: All the 300 passengers of British Airways who had lost their baggage on landing in Delhi have finally got their luggage back on Thursday, after four days.
The passengers were on flight no 1043 and as soon as they landed in Delhi they found that their baggage has been left behind.
The luggage is being delivered to their homes. BA has said that there was a backlog of baggage at London Heathrow's Terminal 4 because of a breakdown of part of the baggage system.
BA has apologized to all customers whose baggage has not been returned.
It had no comment to the number of these incidents and did not respond to the delay in providing accurate information.
