Mumbai: Air Deccan, SpiceJet and GoAir, which have been getting flak for a lack of Cat-III B pilots, are now clearing up the fog.
They have introduced fog helpline numbers which, they say, complements the already existing outgoing calls and SMSes they send to their customers.
The helpline numbers are also available on their websites or you can note them down now. Air Deccan: 98181 77008, GoAir: 1-800-223-001 (toll free), SpiceJet: 98718 03333/1-800-180-3333 (toll free). Air Deccan will be providing refreshments to “pacify” its passengers at the airport for delays beyond two hours.
