Flights took off on schedule at the Delhi airport Thursday morning with no impeding fog after several in-coming flights were delayed by hours or diverted the night before due to a heavy blanket of mist.
According to Delhi International Airport authorities, a number of flights Wednesday night were diverted to places like Jaipur and Lucknow.
Fifteen Delhi-bound flights, including three of Air Sahara and three Jet Airways, were delayed as well as one Spice Jet from Bangalore. One Air India flight from Dubai was diverted to Jaipur.
