A Jet Airways flight on Wednesday made an unscheduled landing in Jaipur to refuel after touchdown at Delhi was delayed by traffic congestion.
Flight 9W 706 from Ahmedabad scheduled to land at 10 PM was 23rd in sequence for landing.
At this stage the plane would take at least one hour to land when it ran short on fuel.
The plane was carrying over hundred passengers including former Gujarat chief minister Keshubhai Patel.
