New Delhi: Jet Airways on Monday announced 14 direct weekly flights to Bangkok from Delhi and Kolkata, beginning January 2007.
Jet Airways Chief Executive Officer Wolfgang Prock-Schauer said the airline would connect Bangkok with daily flights from Delhi and Kolkata from January 23. Bangkok will be the third destination in the ASEAN region and 50th on the airline's network.
With the induction of 22 wide-bodied jetliners in its fleet in a phased manner over the next two years, Jet Airways plans to fly to New York via Brussels in August next and connect a second American city, preferably San Francisco, through a flight from Shanghai.
