KLM Royal Dutch Airline (KLM) has signed up chef brothers Jacques and Laurent Pourcel to take charge of its business class on-board catering service.
The move forms part of a wider catering overhaul that will see improvements for passengers in KLM Select and KLM Intercontinental Economy Class as well as KLM World Business Class.
Intercontinental Economy Class passengers will see their portions increased by as much as 40%, while cutlery, rays and crockery will also be improved.
KLM is also targeting passengers flying to and from India a choice of Indian and Western cuisine.
