Vasco: Talking on Dabolim airport issue, Chief of Naval Staff, Admiral Suresh Mehta said that the he was personally not satisfied with the opening of Dabolim airport for 24 hours as hardly any flightstake place in the night time except on Saturday and Sunday. But for the welfare of the state, navy has agreed to open the airport for 24hours.
He added the airport should have the basic infrastructure in place to operate for 24 hours which is lacking in Dabolim airport.
