NEPC India board approved the new lines of business to be explored via establishment and construction of chain of hotels at prominent locations in Chennai, Coimbatore, and near Tirupur in the State of Tamil Nadu.
The board also proposed to alter the memorandum of association by way of inclusion of new lines of business in the main object clause of the company.
The above decisions were taken at its meeting held Dec. 07, 2006.
NEPC India, the flagship company of the Chennai-based Khemka Group also operates a domestic airline on the Chennai and Ahmedabad feeder routes.
