Additional flights to Auckland, Hong Kong and Bangalore have been added to cater for higher travel demand over the Christmas and New Year periods.
It was confirmed that Singapore Airlines will fly additional frequencies between Singapore and Auckland during the year-end period. The airline will operate additional two weekly flights on Thursdays and Saturdays between the two cities during December.
Three additional flights to Hong Kong will operate on Mondays. Wednesdays and Fridays effective until mid January 2007 are now operating.
From end-March 2007, the Airline will increase its scheduled flights to the city with four more weekly flights. This will bring the total number of weekly flights to the city to 42.
Scheduled frequencies to India will be increased with an additional flight operating on Tuesdays. With the increase, the airline will now fly six times weekly to the city.
