Mumbai: The heavy fog in Delhi has thrown flight schedules in Mumbai out of gear. On the first day of the year the year, what could be witnessed at Mumbai’s domestic airport were angry passengers complaining about being mistreated by overburdened airlines.
“We were not informed on the phone. We were told the flight was delayed when we got here,” says on passenger.
There have been no arrangements of food for the passengers who have been stranded.
Some passengers think that they are only at the receiving end as they feel that they have been mistreated.
Flights from Mumbai to Delhi have of course been cancelled, but the delays continue to have a domino effect on other sectors as well.
