Mumbai: HR industry veteran Manab Bose has taken over as the HR chief of Bangalore-based Air Deccan. He has several years of management experience with diverse sectors in India and abroad.
The rapidly growing Air Deccan employs 3,300 people in an industry that faces severe challenges on retention issues particularly for pilots and engineers.
Mr Bose was earlier the group HR head at the Tata group, reporting to Ratan Tata.
