New Delhi: One of the accused of 1981 plane hijacking case has filed an application in the Patiala House Court, seeking discharge from the case on ground of parity, Sahara Samay sources said.
In his application, Tejendra Pal Singh, accused of hijacking Indian Airlines plane IC-423 on September 29, 1981, has said that he could not be punished twice for similar crime.
