Mangalore: The legal counsel for Air India - Mulla & Mulla - Mumbai settled nine cases at its penultimate meeting with the families of the victims' of the air crash on Friday, taking the total number of cases settled so far to 147 - for a sum of Rs 107.35 crore. Of the 147 cases, 116 cases have been settled on full and final basis, 25 cases as per the judgment of Division bench of Kerala High Court and six cases partly, pertaining to the horrific crash of Air India Boeing IX 812, which resulted in the death of 158 passengers on may 22 two years back.
