Kolkata: Alliance Air will resume its ATR flights to Tezpur/Lilabari and Shillong from Kolkata after two months. The airline stopped services in these routes from June 1 due to irregular payment of the viability gap funding by the North Eastern Council (NEC). The decision to resume services was taken after discussions between Alliance Air and NEC.
"Flight 9I737 will depart Kolkata at 5.50 am and reach Guwahati at 7.40 am. It will take off from Guwahati thereafter and land at Tezpur at 8.35 am. On its return, Flight 91738 will leave Tezpur at 8.55 am, touch down at Guwahati at 9.50 am and reach Kolkata at 11.55 am on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Flight 91739 will take off from Kolkata at 5.50 am and reach Guwahati at 7.20 am. It will leave Guwahati at 7.40 am and land at Liliabari at 9 am. On the return leg, Flight 91740 will take off from Liliabari at 9 am, touch down at Guwahati at 10 am, take off from there at 10.20 am and reach Kolkata at 11.55 am on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturd'ays," an Air India spokesperson said.
