Formewr MP urges Spicejet to continue its opeartiopn from Mysore

Mysore: Expressing shock over the reports that SpiceJet will be stopping its operation from and to city, former MP A.H. Vishwanath has written a letter to SpiceJet authorities in Haryana urging them not to stop its operation from city.

The letter also states that the Karnataka Government would assure 100% occupancy of passengers in the flights if it operates in the morning hours and fly to Delhi or Mumbai or Kolkata instead of the present destination which is Chennai in the interest of the people of Mysore and industrialists of Mysore and neighbouring districts.

The former MP has also assured all help from the State Government since Chief Minister Siddharamaiah is from the district and belongs to the constituency where the airport is located.
