Amritsar:  The Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) arrested a US national with live cartridges at Amritsar's Sri Guru Ramdas Ji International Airport on Wednesday.

CISF commandant Suman Kumar told TOI that they found 25 live cartridges and one empty shell from the handbag of Manjita Dhillon, who was to fly to Delhi on a Jet Airways flight, while carrying out a routine check. She was to board a flight to Pune at 2.55 pm and then take one to Los Angeles from Mumbai on Thursday, the officer said.
