Air Pegasus offers B'luru flight at 1,234

Thiruvananthapuram: Throwing open new commuting options for the regional passengers, a new airline service, Air Pegasus, began its operations in Thiruvananthapuram-Bengaluru sector on Monday. The first flight in the route left Bengaluru at 6.40pm and touched down at the Thiruvananthapuram airport at 8.10pm. The return flight took off at 8.40pm and reached Bengaluru at 10.10pm.

Air Pegasus would soon be expanding their operations to small city airports such as Belgavi, Rajahmundry, Puducherry and Madurai besides metros like Chennai and Kochi.

Air Pegasus MD Shyson Thomas told a news conference on Monday that offering more travel options would boost the economic development of the state.
