New Delhi: AirAsia India has once again announced promotional fares starting Rs 1,290, as airlines continue to woo flyers with new offers. Bookings for the offer are open till April 19.
The AirAsia India offer is applicable on travel from June 15 to September 30.
Under this AirAsia offer, tickets from Bengaluru to Kochi are priced at Rs 1,290 - the lowest fare under the scheme. While all-inclusive fares between Bengaluru and Goa start at Rs 1,690, tickets between Chandigarh and Bengaluru are priced at Rs 3,690.
This AirAsia offer comes in the wake of an ongoing fare war in the Indian skies. Earlier, IndiGo offered one-way fares starting Rs 1,178 while GoAir announced one-way tickets as low as Rs 1,299.
Airlines in the domestic market try to lure customers with special schemes for travel during the January-March and July-September quarters, which are traditionally considered periods of low travel demand.
