Kochi: Former land owner K J Abraham Kalamannin has filed a petition in the Kerala High Court alleging that in the purchase of the land for the Aranmula airport project, K G S Group embezzled Rs 30 crore.
According to the agreement, KGS group bought 232 acre land from Kozhancherry Charitable Education Society, where K J Abraham was the chairman, for Rs 52 crore. Out of this, the group is yet to give 30 crore.
