Legacy carriers still fighting for India's 5/20 rule

India's legacy airlines are fighting to protect the government's long-standing 5/20 rule - where an airline must have been flying for five years and have at least 20 planes in its fleet before it can fly international routes - to ensure new carriers can't take advantage of any loosening of the rules.
New airlines Vistara and AirAsia India are among those that want the rule axed so they can quickly start overseas flights.
