Panaji: The Goa Human Rights Commission (GHRC) on Monday issued notice to the chief secretary and the director general of Police (DGP) over the non-deployment of lady police and other human right violations at the Dabolim airport police station.
The three-member commission headed by Justice P K Misra and comprising retired district judge A D Salkar and J A Keny as members has directed chief secretary and DGP to appear before the Commission on October 12.
